How it all started

Breath of the Seas was born from a lifelong fascination with the natural world and a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness.

Growing up, my curiosity led me to constantly explore and create, crafting everything from herbal skin care to personalized tea and essential oil blends for friends and family.

After witnessing the transformative power of natural remedies in aiding a close family member's recovery from cancer, I was driven to delve deeper into the world of herbalism.

A call to share

Upon graduating high school, I started my  journey to formally study herbalism, earning my community herbalist certificate.

This educational pursuit fuelled my desire to make herbal knowledge accessible to a wider audience. I started sharing my newfound insights through online content creation, particularly on TikTok, where a loving community quickly blossomed.

The positive response inspired me to take a step further in my mission to empower others on their herbal journey.
